Loren,
a life long resident of Blount County, received his early education
through both the Alcoa and Blount County school systems. He
is a 1987 graduate of William Blount High School. He went on
to attend East Tennessee State Universitey where he earned a
bachelor's degree in business administration and a spot on the
nationally ranked men's basketball team. While
playing basketball for ETSU in the early 90's, he participated
in two NCAA tounraments.
Family is the single biggest source of support and motivation
for Loren. He and his wife, Missi, reside in Alcoa. They have
been married for nearly 12 years and enjoy spending time with
their 9 year old son, Tucker, who is a student in the local
school system.
Loren
and his family attend Freedom Fellowship Christian Church
in Knoxville.
