1) Outside of the obvious information concerning employment, social security numbers, etc., the following is needed to acquire the most beneficial program: 2) Residence addresses for past 3 years 3) Current mortgage holder (s) name, account number, and phone number (if purchase, the landlord’s information dating 3 years 4) W-2s for the past 2 years and 2 most recent paycheck stubs 5) Last two months Checking, Savings, and Investment accounts (401k, stocks, etc.) 6) Self-employed borrowers need either FULL tax returns with all schedules and pages (if adequate income is claimed). If not, then a “stated” income or a variation could be used. Regardless, a business license proving at least 3 years of self-employment is necessary.
